What about this... the model gives a normal massage but then the guy starts enquiring about extras. Starts off with 20 quid for a topless massage, 40 quid for a naked one and then the guy makes a 80 quid offer for a bj/v sex. The model is hesistant but then agrees.
You can even use a similar theme on bb... starts off as a innocent dance and then towards the end the guy makes a cash offer for a bj/v sex. You can then take this to win.

Love that idea I agree that would be very nice thing to try. Dolly P would get my vote with that soft sexy English voice of hers as it needs to be a performer with a sense of innocence
