My computer updated about a week ago and since then, when I try to play a video, the video starts for a split seconds and then just thinks forever. If I click on the screen again, I get a box with a "!" on it and the screen just stays frozen. I checked to make sure my flash player was up to date and it is, so I'm not sure what needs to be done to fix this. Can anyone help?

I should mention that when the "!" appears, it says in the upper left hand corner that there was an "error loading media: file could not be played."

Which web browser are you using?

Can you try Google Chrome - There have been a few issues with Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge which our web developer will be working on fixing. In the meantime can you test Google Chome and let us know if this fixes the problem?

I was using Edge. Using Chrome did the trick, so that should tide me over until you get the Edge portion fixed. Thanks.

I have just had the same problem. It seems that the issue with Edge has not been fixed yet? Any update?

I just want to add that I was using edge (as advised by my PC Doctor) so went back to using Chrome, as I had no problems previously, but that doesan't play them now either. I can download the videos to my PC and then watch them, but can't stream directly from your site/s. I read your stickies on this type of problem and saw there had been issues with the older videos, but this is happening with ALL of the videos now, even the most recent ones. :( The strange thing is that when I click "play", it looks like it is going to play... I get the "drop down" screen saying "wankitnow" on a logo, at the start of the film, but then the film itself just buffers and buffers until it eventually gives up. I can stream videos from other sites eg free porn sites, so it is not a PC problem and as I say I can download your videos and then view them from my PC. Obviously it is very time consuming to download every video I want to watch. Please advise? Thanks. :)

Can you try following the steps in the video at the bottom of this thread -

You may need to enable flash player or check what settings are enabled - Google Chrome is the browser we use at the offices and have no problems streaming content. Let us know if this helps?

Hi, I have tried again with Google Chrome and it seems to be working OK now. I still can't use Windows Edge on wankitnow, although, for some reason, it will allow me to stream videos from USJ and DBJ? Very strange, anyway, I just thought I would let you know as it may be something you need to be aware of. In the meantime I guess I can go back to using Chrome. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for letting us know - i'll speak to our web guy and find out if there's anything we can do to get Edge supported better, however as far as I know - the plugin which the site uses isn't supported with Edge .
