How to load a clip ?

Hello,
I am a new member (i am french, so excuse my bad english!) but i would like to know how to load any clip please.

Hi, The new scenes (as in from the last month or so) are available for streaming. All the clips are available as a High Definition (HD) or Stand Definition (SD) download. The download buttons are situated at the bottom of the video download page for each update. Just click the download sd or hd and then extract the file from the .zip file with windows or with a file compression program, 7zip, winace, winzip etc.
