Adult All Sites

There's a lot of spammers registering to this site, think part of it is the registration process. The captcha code is pretty useless I think, spambots could read the images. An additional question captcha would further slow down spambots from registering as well with minimal frustation to real registrants.

You see it on other sites, basically its just a question like "what's the opposite of Left?" or or "2+2 = ?". Could still be beaten by spammers but it wont be as soft a touch

Ive changed the captcha code so it's pretty difficult to read, i need to install a plugin to do the 2+2 thing so if the new captcha doesnt work i'll do the plugin.
