NEW HDV Camera & Clips

Used the new camera today for all scenes with Shannon, check out viewtopic.php?f=13&t=412 for all the previews. It's considerably harder to use but the results are truly amazing compared to the older 1080 cams.

Although i've been using a Rode Videomic (Connected to the 5D) on a boom pole for the audio in the last few weeks it's still not good enough and in some scenarios i'm getting some weird noises being picked up so from now on i will be using a ZOOM H4N Recorder together with a RODE Videomic plus Deadcat all this should significantly increase the audio quality and remove the low level noises. So time will tell and this will be used on the next shoot which is Charlie on Thursday 15th Sept. Fingers crossed it's as good as all the reviews!
