It was fixed now it is doing it again. As i type i have the web developer looking into it, he will fix it shortly:)

That error looks as though the DB is offline. It will either be a problem with the DB connection credentials or the DB server itself, although seeing as it connects to localhost I would guess the db is running on the same server as the site.
Either that or the DB credentials may have gotten overwritten with the defaults (unlikely, but sometimes happens).
Anyhow, it's definitely a server side issue, so clearing browser cache won't really do anything. Hope you are able to get it sorted...

Are you still getting the error as i have just been able to access the site without a problem.
I cleared the cache and refreshed the page but still got the database error when trying to load the site however It worked fine if I used this link
