I am having problem with paying my first payment via credit card. I am getting an email with this error message: "we are unable to process your transaction at this time, due to Score Decline". Where is the problem? Thx!

Your transaction is being declined because your card is registered from another country. Are you using a prepaid card?

I've just had a quick search online about pre-paid cards, it looks like it's due to the age verification process some of the pre-paid cards are available to under 18s so that's most likely why CCBill can't accept those.

This will be problem on your settings, because ftvgirls.com I am paying with my prepaid card on the same CCBILL gate, but without any problem.

CCBill have confirmed there isn't a problem with the settings on our account, the card should work providing there are no restrictions on the card. CCBill were able to give us more information about why your card declined. I've sent that in a PM.
