Adult All Sites

I have not perfect connection to stream good realtime, so i have to pause sometimes to buffer, but videos buffer only short periods, how can I preload more duration?

I don't think it's possible to change the buffer size, it might be best to download one of the smaller files from the sites (Medium / small formats) rather than streaming?
