Trouble renewing subscription

I canceled my subscription about a month ago (as I was moving and expected not to have internet for awhile).

I was just trying to renew my subscription with what I had before which was access to all sites on a monthly subscription. I have the username WINguy. Was just trying to reactivate the same account.

No idea what is wrong. I got to the billing page twice. Put in all my details. Hit "place your order" and it just flickered loading then returned to the same page with all the info empty. I just checked my bank account. No charges as of yet so it doesn't look like I accidentally double billed. Doesn't look like I got billed at all. My account also doesn't have access on wankitnow.com and just says "free account" under subscription plan.

Have you tried a different browser, Internet explorer, Chrome, firefox etc, or tried it on a different computer or network?

Thanks for looking into it. I think I have resolved it. Problem with the internet on my end.
