Hi all, new member here, great sites you have, stunning stuff. However by choice I use VLC for playing media but it is struggling with your videos. The UHD ones it wont even start & the 1080P ones are very jerky. Is anyone else having a problem? Do I need to change some settings perhaps? I think I have the latest version 2.2.4.

Welcome to the sites and forum. What spec PC are you using ?

Have you tried updating your codecs? If not it might be worth installing this.

Do the files play in Windows Media Player or have you tried Media Player Classic?

You shouldn't need to change any settings to support the format we use.

Thanks for getting back to me so promptly. My PC is a HP with quite a good spec in terms of speed, memory etc. Yes I have that codec pack. Your videos play perfectly in Media player classic as they do in GOM player & zoomplayer. It's just that I prefer VLC & would like to use that if possible.......all rather frustrating.

There are plenty of options to tweak in VLC - it might be worth trying some of these suggestions from the site below to see if they help :)
