There is no sound when you download the new Louise video.

Which format are you downloading - I've tested it on my computer and they are playing with sound - are other downloaded videos playing with sound on your computer?

Did a video codec update a couple of days back, don't know if that caused the problem.
Anyhow I've just updated my codec pack and it seems to have resolved it.
