Thanks for this. I know I have been badgering you, but its so much easier when downloading isn't an option.

I hope they one day expand the API to allow browsing by model etc on sites other than SLR

No worries - have you ever tried the - play'a vr app? That might be something we can look at adding as another VR option. I've tested a few sites which use it and it's a nice interface which allows downloading within the app.

I had always presumed that Playa was just a basic player, so I never bothered trying it (my favourite player is Skybox), but interesting to see it does the same thing as DeoVR and at this point in time has more function. Thanks for the heads up.

One minor issue with the DeoVR implementation on both sites. The resolution picker seem to be based on the video width instead of the height. If I have 2160p set in DeoVR, it should play the 4320x2160 video not the 2160x1080 video.

Thanks for the update, I'll speak to our developer and see if this can be fixed. It should be fairly straightforward to fix in the configuration.
