Is this intended?
I was subbed to WIN last year and I'm almost certain this wasn't a thing.

Also, what's with all the "premium" content that is behind another paywall?

Hi, There's no 10 download limit a day in place. It doesn't sound like the account is giving you full access, please can you use our support portal here for direct support with WestBill (the biller) they have a team of dedicated staff who will be able to assist and get your access up and running.

I spoke to Westbill two weeks ago, and they confirmed there was a download limit and replied with the following :

"Hello,

We understand your frustration, however, this download limit has been recently implemented on the site due to the blatant piracy of our videos all around the internet. We have decided to do this to prevent such things from happening. I'm sure you'll understand that it costs a lot of money to produce each video we release and we are trying to protect you, our customer, from being stripped of our content's exclusivity.

Best regards,

Westbill Support :) "

Pretty mental that they are punishing legitimate members like this :/

Nowhere in the T&Cs is this mentioned, in fact the T&C link when you sign up is broken.

If you want to check up on this -

Almost three weeks since you posted, and nobody has bothered to reply since..

Why don't you or your billing company put something in the website T&Cs to let people know this hard cap limit is enforced.

Or if they have made a mistake, as you were seemingly unaware, then maybe you should talk to Westbill and resolve this.

Also, look how bad the customer service is here nowadays. Not even a response in 5 months from them :/
