What browser are you using? For some reason the previews don't show up for me on Safari, but on Firefox they work fine.

I use Chrome which seems to work well.

Can you paste this full link below into the address bar:

Click "Reset Permissions" - make sure nothing is blocking the player from running. Can you send a screenshot of what you're getting or an error if that doesn't fix it?
